Run several jobs at once
Start and stop each job independently — two timers can run side by side when one shift overlaps another. Your timers keep counting even if the app is closed or your phone restarts.
Rates and rounding, per job
Every job carries its own pay rate and rounding rule — to the minute, or up to the next 15, 30, or 60. Both are stamped onto each session when you stop, so a later change never rewrites old hours.
Pay periods that match reality
Weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, or monthly — set per job, with your own cutoff date. The Dashboard totals the period you’re actually in, and steps back through previous ones.
Tax & charity set-asides
Enter the rates that apply to you and see an estimated set-aside per pay period. No default rates — we don’t guess your tax situation, and these are planning estimates, not advice.
Works without a signal
Parking garages, basements, warehouses. Your jobs and sessions are cached on your device, and a finished shift is saved locally and synced when you’re back online — never lost to a failed save.
A fresh sheet each year
Every calendar year gets its own timecard, with your active jobs carried across automatically. Last year’s stays in your Drive, exactly as you left it.
Private by construction
- No servers of ours. There is no FreedomTimeCard account and no database — the app talks straight to Google from your phone.
- Per-file access only. The app can only see the spreadsheet it makes for you — not the rest of your Drive.
- No ads, no trackers. Crash and usage reporting is anonymous, never includes your hours, rates, earnings, job names, or notes, and can be switched off in Settings.
- Open your sheet anytime — with or without the app, and whether or not you subscribe. Your records are always readable and yours to keep.
