These Terms govern your use of FreedomTimeCard. FreedomTimeCard is a time- and pay-tracking tool — not a payroll provider, employer of record, tax preparer, or financial advisor. Its tax and charitable-giving figures are estimates calculated from rates you enter yourself. Please read the disclaimers and limitation of liability below carefully.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FreedomTimeCard (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What the App does

FreedomTimeCard is a tool for tracking hours and pay across gig or side-hustle jobs. It has no account system or database of its own — every job, session, and setting you enter is stored directly in a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive, which FreedomTimeCard reads and writes on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what that means for your data.

3. Your account & responsibilities

  • You need a Google Account to use the App, and you are responsible for keeping it secure.
  • You own your data. The spreadsheet FreedomTimeCard creates is yours — it lives in your Google Drive, under your Google Account, and you can open, edit, export, or delete it at any time, in or outside the App.
  • Because we never hold a copy of your data, we cannot recover it for you if you delete the spreadsheet, revoke the App’s access, or lose access to your Google Account. Back up anything important the same way you would any other file in your Drive.

4. Subscriptions, free trial & billing

  • What’s free. You can sign in, set up your jobs, log your first session, and look through your Dashboard and History without paying anything.
  • What requires a subscription. Logging time beyond that first session requires an active FreedomTimeCard subscription.
  • Price and term. FreedomTimeCard Premium is available as a monthly plan at $2.99 per month or an annual plan at $29.99 per year (or the equivalent in your local currency). Each plan is billed at the start of its term and renews automatically for the same term. New subscribers get a one-month free trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends. Current pricing is always shown on the subscription screen in the App before you confirm, and that screen governs if it differs from this document.
  • How you’re billed. All payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. Your subscription is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you subscribe during a free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited.
  • Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
  • Refunds. Refunds are issued by Apple or Google under their own policies — we have no ability to issue them directly. Contact the store you purchased through.
  • Price changes. If we change the price, you will be notified through the store before it applies to your renewal, and you will have the chance to cancel. Continued renewal after that notice means you accept the new price.
  • Your data if your subscription ends. Your timecard is a Google Sheet in your own Drive, and it stays there. If your subscription lapses, the App stops logging new time — but nothing already recorded is deleted, hidden, or withheld. You can open, edit, export, or keep using that spreadsheet in Google Sheets whether or not you ever subscribe again, and resubscribing picks up where you left off.

5. Estimates, not advice

FreedomTimeCard calculates estimated tax set-asides and charitable-giving amounts from rates you enter yourself. These are simplified, flat-rate estimates for your own planning purposes — not tax, financial, or legal advice, and not a guarantee of what you actually owe. Please confirm your actual obligations with a qualified tax professional.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App in a way that violates any law, or in a way that infringes anyone else’s rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App’s normal operation.
  • Use the App to store or transmit anything unlawful, abusive, or that you do not have the right to store.

7. Availability & disclaimers

FreedomTimeCard depends on Google’s Sheets and Drive APIs to function. We do not control Google’s availability, rate limits, or policies, and we are not responsible for interruptions caused by Google’s services being unavailable, changed, or restricted.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We aim to keep the App working reliably, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. A paid subscription does not change this — it buys access to the App, not a guarantee of Google’s uptime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom Financial App Development, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App — including lost data, lost income, or tax miscalculation — beyond what is required by applicable law. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. App store terms

Your use of FreedomTimeCard is also subject to the terms of the store you downloaded it from. Specifically:

  • This agreement is between you and us — not Apple or Google. They are not parties to it and are not responsible for the App or its content.
  • We, not Apple or Google, are solely responsible for the App, its maintenance and support, and for addressing any claim that the App fails to conform or infringes anyone’s rights.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and Apple has the right to enforce them against you as a user of the iOS app.
  • Support requests should come to us at support@freedomfinancialapps.com. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support for the App.

10. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Freedom Financial App Development, LLC and is protected by copyright and other laws. © 2026 Freedom Financial App Development, LLC. All rights reserved. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App under these Terms. You may not copy, clone, or reproduce the App or any part of it. The data you enter remains yours.

11. Changes to the App or these Terms

We may update FreedomTimeCard or these Terms over time. If we make a material change to these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Termination

You can stop using FreedomTimeCard at any time — sign out, revoke its access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or delete the App. Remember that deleting the App does not cancel a subscription; cancel that through your Apple or Google account. We may suspend or restrict access to the App for anyone who violates these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
